Dr. Eva-Maria Maggi teaches European politics and international security at the School of Government and Public Policy at the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona and at the Department of Political Science at the University of Montana. Her research on the European Union and Middle East was published in over a dozen peer-reviewed publications and more recently her book The Will of Change: European Neighborhood Policy, institutional change and domestic actors in Morocco with Springer VS was nominated for the best dissertation prize by the European Union Studies Association. Her current research examines the politics driving cyber security policies in the U.S. and Europe and within transatlantic cooperation. She has also been a contributor to NPR’s Planet Money, the magazine Europe Today and The Arizona Daily Star.
